The SGC in conjunction with the Borough of Sea Girt applied for and received a MCOS grant for the implementation of the Edgemere Pollinator Garden. This includes, fencing, planting, and removal of invasives.

The SGC received two (2) anonymous grants from the MCF. One in the amount of $10,000 and one in the amount of $5,000. These monies were specified to be for the implementation of the Edgemere Pollinator Garden.

The SGC applied for and received a grant from the Monmouth Audubon Society for the installation of four (4) bird boxes at two (2) locations in Sea Girt. Two (2) of the boxes would be for Eastern BlueBirds and two (2) would be for tree swallows. This project would involve the Sea Girt Elementary School and is slated for 2024.
